A few notes:
* They serve Colorado lamb, which is slaughtered at heavier weight than NZ or AU lamb. So expect bigger lamb chops and higher prices. AU/NZ lamb are grass fed and slaughtered at <100 lbs, vs CO lamb is grass fed, then fattened with grains before being slaughtered at >100 lbs. CO Lamb cost more than import AU/NZ lamb.
* The lamb with crust is excellent, crunchy on the outside and soft/moist on inside. Delicious, but be warned that it's oily/greasy. If you eat it with french fries, you'd go "ugh" from the grease after 2 chops.
* The mint jelly tasted like it was from a bottle from Ralphs. Normally mint jellies can balance out the lamb rack, but in this case the lamb is like L sized and will over-power it. Ask for extra mint jelly.
* The steak here is served with choice of potato, don't pick the fries -- they don't serve steak fries here, just the regular greasy french fries.
* We ordered the 24 oz steak and thought it was OK, but not excellent.
* Don't bother with the soup or desert here. Skip. Nothing worthy to see. If you want clam chowder, go to the Original Fish Company in Los Alamitos. If you want the souffle go to the Cellar in Fullerton. If you want cream brulee go to Cafe Hiro in Cypress.
* They have their in-house steak house on the table, but there's a rack on the wall with many others. If you don't like the sauce on the table, get your A1 from the wall.
* Do not drive into the parking structure. You must use the valet ($7).
* The corn side dish was pretty good.
