Coming soon from TIC.... "California Garage" and "Super California Room"

well IP has shown at Mendocino that they are willing to design a non-functional garage, so the next evolution would obvioulsy have to be to just get rid of the garage door completely and charge you more for it...
 
Referring to the side enter garage on Plan 3...In the model  to put a glass door to feature ping pong table in it to show that its more or less a rec room.  I mean you could use it as a car garage if you really wanted...

Super california room looks like conservatory they're offering already.  Nothing new there.
California garage... I guess I can use it as exercise room or something.
Pretty soon, backyard will be reduced to 5 ft.
Might as well just by a condo.
How about "california driveway" and get rid of front yard?
 
I like the Cali Garage... bigger than a tandem and at least there is a driveway.

That footprint is interesting as it makes the depth really short... I wonder where these are going.
