If you like Itea cafe, class 302 and chef's kitchen, its worth to check out 17 Cafe Ramen on Barranca next to Pho Ba Co. Used to be a japanese ramen place but now they have incorporated taiwanese food, drinks, and ice. Tried it this weekend and pretty authentic taiwanese flavor. They claim they don't use MSG in their food.

Heh... I was there last night after Pho Bac Co... wanted to get dessert so we tried their shaved ice.
It's okay but they don't have the option to add fruit... just boba/jelly/pudding stuff.
