170 Pathway is called single -family,  but it is really a detached condo

Yes, the Pathway home does appear to be a condo even those it is listed on Redfin as a single family.

That's the 2-3% of the time that Redfin data is inaccurate but a lot of times that can be because of user (agent) input error.
