Has anyone seen a plan in Irvine or (Tustin Ranch) that has a double-sided fireplace? It isn't a search filter option on the programs I've used and I haven't located any visually, so please let me know if you have.

double fireplace in the master bed/bath! can't tell if it's real or not?

Just Curious, Are you or your clients like double-sided fireplace?

Is double-sided fireplace an advantage or dis-advantage to home owner ?

I like the practicality of them in some areas of a house. Advantage or disadvantage? I'd say both, depending on what you're looking for. If you want a fireplace to eventually insert a wood-burning stove, better heat-output, or on an exterior wall to be the focal point of a room, then maybe somebody wouldn't want one. Depending on where it is and how it burns, I like them and think it could be an advantage, esthetically and economically. For my clients? Nope, I don't have those. <!-- s:) -->:)<!-- s:) --> Just for myself.

Thanks, everybody, for finding those pictures.

I saw a house in Woodbridge with a double sided fireplace. It was one of those around the perimeter of the lake. Nice views, and all.
