why? they listed it for $590K for 2 months without anyone biting. we saw this house in march when it was $590K and it felt small and cramped. but bedroom count was high so maybe will make a good rental?

159 Sanctuary - $630k -> $460k on a Standard Sale. Looks like seller/buyer got lucky since it appears to be part of a relocation benefit.

agree that it might be setting a new low but WB does look like its heading to upper $200s
