Tell me your favorite places.  I don't like overly sweet things.

Is JJ's/Bon Epi/place in HMart comparable to 85 degrees for cakes?  I am not talking about those bun/rolls things- just cakes.

It doesn't have to be an Asian bakery- but I don't care for Layer Cake and I think that French's Bakery isn't good either.

I have to get the cake on Friday so I can't be driving much outside of Irvine so keep it close :)
Where else to go?  I prefer not to go North past Irvine Center Drive.

Thanks for your ideas/opinions.
What would you order?

A Cheesecake Factory cheesecake is always a crowd pleaser.

ps9- that's too far.  i don't have time to make it there after work.  anyplace else?

I actually like the NY Cheesecake from Trader Joes- it's cheap and tasty

3rded for NBC... but I prefer the Pecan Praline or the White White Chocolate.

I also like any of the cakes from Costco (but then you look kind of cheap).
