Recommendation for recessed lighting installation

Can anyone recommend someone to install recessed lighting in our home? Is that typically done by an electrician or handyman? Thanks.
 
Electrician of course is the only answer because electrical connections need to meet code and a major contributor to most fire. A handyman does not have proper license to perform this type of work where as an electricians are required to have the proper license to practice and warranty his work.
 
IHS would probably pass out if he knew all the stuff I've done on my own.  Still, all the code books are available in English and fairly clear.  County codes exceptions are typically online.  And then there's Google of course, and contractor forums out there for help when things aren't so clear.  Electrical connections certainly aren't difficult.  Unless you're color blind; then it might be very challenging.
