[IHB] Buy or rent at Tiempo in Westpark

I think most people will opt for renting as opposed to buying one of these units.  Anyone feel otherwise?

Coin flip.

It's below rental parity for Westpark (with 20% down). Depends on your future expectations for rent, and price pressure for that area. Not a great deal at $300,000, but not a horrible bubble price, again, for the area.
