Assuming this goes at asking price, it is probably one of the best deals in north Irvine:

https://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/23-Mineral-King-92602/home/5771002

$301/square foot. It's a large attached duplex home (attached SFR!). The floor plan on this one is a little meh (all bedrooms upstairs) but the downstairs is basically a giant great room that can be sectioned off.

The home is up against the toll road, so the location may be off putting. Still, if you want the square footage at a discount, this attached stucco box brings the goods.

OS is taking over Garry Fallis as the new RE King of NP.  :)

So funny how popular Gary Fallis is on here - I just saw him on my street tonight and waved hello - I should tell him to visit TI and bathe in his glory of popularity

Gary is an excellent realtor and has always been a true professional in my dealings with him. My guess would be that he's already well-aware of TI and the info available here.

I think it may be sarcastic.
I went to one of his open houses and he just stared me down.
Thought it might be an off day for him, maybe he was tired of dealing with lookie-loos.
But I mentioned it to some other people in the area and I was suprised that a lot of them had similar experiences.

http://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/29-Native-Trl-92618/home/55629320

Low price per sq ft for Las Colinas and 3 car garage compared to other Las Colinas.
Anything wrong with 29 Native Trails?

24 Gray Dove $1.45M for a smaller house

41 Native Trail wants $1.55M for a smaller house

27 Deer Trak looks similar to 29 Native Trails for $1.6M
