Any concerns on buying a home at Woodbridge north lake given the tce plume? How bad is it, will it get better, does it impact home prices? Thanks!

Woodbridge North Lake has sunk into the TCE plume and residents have been thrown back to the Jurassic era just like in the TV show La Brea.
I've seen this question come up multiple times in TI and the IHB before that... hasn't really affected anything.
