We have sliding glass doors made by Western. They get water in the tracks after it rains. A few neighbors got their hardwood flooring damaged because the water rises too quickly above the tracks. Builder is saying it?s normal and it is on the owners to maintain and clean the tracks. This doesn?t appear normal. Does anyone have suggestions if builder and Western doesn?t want to admit design flaw?
