hard to go back to 2CWG even with a driveway. 3CWG and 3CWD (3 car wide driveway) for life…cul-de-sac + single loaded street for even more street space…

FYI I was the 38th call during yesterday’s sales release. Cira plans 3/3Y were gone by caller 9 and plan 2 homes were gone by caller 17. When they got to me there were a couple plan 1’s left. I signed up last September, BTW.

One of my clients wanted a Plan 3 but they only had Plan 2s so he picked up one of those.

Anyone else concerned about buying in this market? I know there was talks in this forum about how the ciras are still a good deal, but does that apply to the lunas and terras? Seems like I'd be buying at the top of the market for a condo/townhome.

Why not look at 2-level resale condo/townhomes?

I would only buy if it is a unicorn; the best lot in a new development, or a resale 3CWG, single story, view lot, cul-de-sac, single loaded street, south of 405 as an example.

For cira, I think any that don’t share an alley way with the other two tracts would be ok.
