It's okay, just remember what the US Attorney in the Varsity Blues case said.  "We're not talking about donating a building so that a school is more likely to take your son or daughter"

They said it, it's perfectly fine. Even in the trial they're basically saying buying your way in is just fine.  Oh just have to figure out if a new weight room floor will do or you need to go bigger.
