One of Newsom's kids lacks vaccine despite mandate, report says

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/newsoms-kid-lacks-vaccine-despite-mandate

The article states that the daughter has an appointment soon.
I have a question for Fox News. Why do they have a vaccine/mask policy at their work place? But many of the hosts are against the vaccine. Kind of weird.

I have another question. Why does Governor Desantis from Florida have the covid vaccine. But his policies and statements contradict that. Sorry plebs as long as he is safe. It is okay.

You would think that anyone with a brain would ask, "why are these people pushing anti-vax stance when they themselves have been fully vaccinated?"

Fox New has vaccine mandate and Tucker Carlson, who's fully vaccinated, keeps pushing anti-vax stance.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Texas Governor Greg Abbott are fully vaccinated, but they ban vaccine and mask mandates.

Why, you ask. The answer is very simple. They want this pandemic to drag on so that Biden will get blamed for it. And the anti-vaxxers are the ones paying the price for it.

I agree they want to drag it on. But the anti vaxers also bood when key republican figures brought up the vaccine. In my opinion the republican party got taken over by the conspiracy theorists. It is really unfortunate. I know there are republicans that got the vaccine, but they are not speaking against the other side of the party.

Wasn't it Trump who pushed for Operation Warp Speed and touted it whenever he could?

So dumb how this is really based on politics and not logic.

The problem is that Trump was down playing COVID-19 while also wanting to take credit for the vaccine.

I know there are republicans that got the vaccine, but they are not speaking against the other side of the party.

They are afraid of the pushback from Trump's base. I mean, even Trump got booed by his own base whenever he brought up vaccination. And Sean Hannity got plenty of pushback when he encouraged his audience to consider vaccination.

If there is money to be made shit talking the vaccine, Tucker Carlson and fox news will find it.
Even if everyone at FOX is vaccinated, and they have a mandatory vaccination policy, money comes first.

If you can't change their minds, might as well make money off the derps.

I don't really watch TV news or know all those people working there, but are those some of FOX news people who are vaccinated are against the vaccine at all cost or are they against mandating it? You guys know they are totally different opinions, right?

Meanwhile, Scandinavian countries limit Moderna for biological male under age 30 citing myocarditis as the main reason...in the US we are too polarized but sometimes we need to look around the world...

We mandate vaccines to go to school or join the military.
I don't see a difference.

Here is the IUSD immunization requirements to attend school.
https://iusd.org/sites/default/files/documents/california_imm_req_for_school_entry.pdf

Must submit immunization card to go to school.

COVID 19 vaccine will be added to this requirement in the future.

Yeah, most of those are shots you get when you're 3-4 years old. You think the Covid shot should be added to that list? And what about your answer on those who don't get covid shots? They can't go to schools?

Since we already mandate shots, just adding another one is not a big deal.
Your argument is against mandating the covid 19 shot, but we already mandate so many other ones.

What's the difference if we add another one?

Because lets face it..this is not much of a "vaccine", is it?  When I got my Polio shot, I never got polio.  When I got my Measles shot...I never got Measles, and neither did anyone else.  This doesn't seem to do that...It seems more of a treatment then a vaccine.

I'm not arguing anything to be honest. I'm only QUESTIONING if you're ok with those who don't get vaccinated being unqualified to go to school.

If you ask me what the difference is with those already existing lists and the covid vaccine, I think there are many differences in terms of what type of diseases they are. I mean, why not mandate influenza shots then? So many kids get it from schools, right?
