I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max at T-Mobile store and they installed the 2021 edition of Otter Box for iPhone Pro Max, which fits the iPhone 13.
However the holster/belt clip seems rather loose and did not have a firm lock on the phone. Does anyone own this product? I'm wondering if I got a defective holster.
And yes, I've turned the phone around and tried to use the retaining clip on both sides. It does hold but not securely like previous version for iPhone 6+.
