Traffic was pretty good, we had about 20 perspective buyers come including a couple to came for a second showing and a few of my Baker Ranch clients came by to say hi so not bad for a hot weekend. 

Received a good offer Saturday morning and after some term clean up via counters we opened escrow today.

Got word from escrow just now that the property recorded today.  The sales price was the full asking price of $1,780,000 and $30,000 more than the home next door that went into escrow around the same time.  Congrats to both the buyer and seller.
