Yoshiharu Ramen, Orchard Hills Shopping Plaza

This is a chain ramen restaurant with 6 locations in LA/OC likely owned by a Korean group.  You won't get the Japanese vibe like Shinsengumi but the ramen quality is acceptable.  Ordered the Tonkotsu spicy black ramen ($14.50) today.  If you like heavier flavoring with your pork, you might like their chasu pork in the ramen.  Strong and not subtle.

Walked over to Pavilions next door, business is still slow but they expanded their hot food section to include poke, pho, and ramen.  Somewhat popular with high school kids looking for lunch.  Saw a number of older shoppers without mask in store.

Older folks might suffer suffocation from the mask especially in this summer heat. Might be deadlier than Rona.

Jokes aside, why so many Korean owners are opening Japanese ramen places? Why not Korean ramen? Not as popular or not as much profitable than Japanese?

Same reason why Japanese ran Chinese restaurants in early 20th century California -- it was more familiar and easier to sell than Japanese food.  Now Japanese food is commonly accepted you find Koreans running many sushi restaurants.  It wasn't until recent decade that Korean food has become more mainstream in US.

I eat at BBQ Chicken (another Korean chain) at Quail Hill:https://www.bbqchickeneats.com/quailhill

2 other BBQ chicken chains are also open in Cypress Village and Northpark plazas. Maybe those PPP loans worked!

Mety you are well known on TI. Keep up the false information about mask and you will have the reputation like someone on here.

The reason why he said something because you said old person would suffocate wearing a mask. It does not make sense because you said you previously wore a mask in church and you said you got the covid vaccine. Is it okay for you to wear a mask and not others?

Suffocation by wearing a mask was a joke. If you really didn?t get it as a joke, you need some humor in your life. I?m sure CogNeuroSci knew that was a joke. If not, then yeah he needs  humor in his life too.
