New Pocket Listing - Crawford Plan 2 home in Tustin Le (231 Downs Rd)

Earlier this afternoon I got word from escrow that my Crawford Plan 2 home pocket listing closed. I represented the seller and the buyer was one of the back-up buyers for my 218 Barnes Rd listing. The closing price for the home was $1,630,000.

The seller of 231 Downs Rd actually came to my 218 Barnes Rd open house to see how the home looked.  They told me that if the home closed over $1.6m that they would consider selling their home so when they saw that 218 Barnes Rd closed for over $1.6m they contacted me.  I told them that I had 3 strong back-up buyers from 218 Barnes Rd who would probably be interested in seeing their home so we set up 3 private showings and one of the buyers came to terms with the seller to purchase the home for $1.63m along providing the seller a 3+ month rent back.  Just goes to show that good performance does get rewarded.
