Unfortunately KB is not building any more lots in Genoa community. Therefore we are now taking a new VIP intent list for our final sale for 3 models.
If you are interested in any of our 3 model sales, please let me know so I can add your name into the Model Sale Intent List. The order will be remained same (by the Proof of fund submit date)
Please see 3 site plans attached for the models. Estimated price is around $2.5mil which included $400k options & $150k full landscape(front & back).
**Model sales does NOT include any furniture which arranged by an non-KB staging company.
