Who pays for the Owner's Title policy during a sale? Would it be the Seller or the Buyer? I found somewhere that in Socal, normally the seller pays for this. Wanted to confirm the same.

Everything is negotiable but normally the seller pays for the owners title policy on resale homes while the buyer will pay for the lenders title policy (if they are financing the purchase). On the new home side, the buyer pays the owners title policy.
