great park - south of parasol build out - july 1st hearing

Has anyone looked at documents around the upcoming planning commission public hearing for July 1st - about all the new buildouts south of parasol park at great park? City sent a letter referring all the documents are on cityofirvine.org/planningcommission, but probably someone needs a P.hd to locate which one of the gazillion link they have on there. Help!

I won't claim to have a PhD...but I have some professional experience with this kind of thing.

Looking at the "delta" or change on the land use map, it looks like they are requesting to move a 1,000 K-8 school within this area, add 10k square feet of childcare, remove 40k square feet of office and build about 300 fewer homes.

cool, any new news on the area adjacent to parasol park, large empty land on ridge valley/great park blvd where it was supposed to be some commercial land, but someone mentioned it could be high density apts instead?
