How much did seller pay for it?

Looking at the property records, the seller paid less than $800k for the condo.

For those who live there, how is living in EW? I’ve been intrigued by EW but no houses/lots that I really liked/found.

I don't know if they had a loan but imagine the leveraged return. Insane.

And this closed  today for over a million after sitting on the market for quite a nunbers of days in today's hot market. Still managed to get almost the asking price without any staging and upgrades. Just look at the pics.....kinda feels anything would sell in todays market.

Rumor this has an offer for $1.2M for a Delano.  Open house was packed today.

https://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/80-Parkwood-92602/home/167401805?1280460695=variant&600390594=copy_variant&231528114=variant&1077477207=variant&utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link&utm_campaign=share_sheet

Not rumor anymore, the listing agent told me they accepted a $1.2m shortly after I submitted an offer.

unbelievable but true as per above! Wow! Thats like 700 /Sqt and over 100K of asking price.

I sold my EW detached condo a month ago...sometimes feel I should have waited until now to put on the market to be able to command a higher price...Houses seem to be trading like stocks nowadays, sell it only to realize its up 10% or more in the next few days!!

Undecided at this point. Hoping to have more clarity by end this year.

What if the price goes even higher then? You thinking it'll slow down?
