It's a super nice house and in a very nice area. Lots of square footage too. Not too many homes in this size and condition come on the market so it makes sense to me. But it's still insane.

$1250+ per sqft

Nice looking home with a nice yard.  Not surprised it sold for that price, it should made headlines because the realtard way underlisted it.
