I'm 3d modeling the house we are buying

Hello, first post!

I'm in the process of buying a house in the Great Park and during the home inspection I took lots of measurements. I'm in the process of modeling the house in SketchUp, partially so I can do my own estimates for new flooring & carpet, and partially so I can do some virtual furniture arranging.

Projects:
Laminate in all common spaces
Laminate on stairs
Quartz countertop
Replace bedroom carpets
Seal garage floor
A bit of re-caulking

I wish all sellers would provide 3d models of their homes. Cool idea.
