Hello everyone. My front entry doorway, prior to my main home door, has an electronic strike plate. I cannot figure out if this was built with the original home or installed afterwards, but there is no buzzer or button to unlock it. I have an intercom which I can hook up to a landline phone but pressing buttons does not unlock it either.
Wondering if anyone knows if this was a builder option and where the control may be located? Seems strange to have this feature but no way to use it.
