Hello Talk Irivne,

I am thinking of listing my Great Park property for sale. I would like to get recommendations on listing agents that provide the best combination of commission percentage and exposure. Also, what can I expect to pay in closing costs for a property in the 1mm range? Want to make a decision this week.

Hi Hammad, I'll send you a PM shortly.  I provide a very unique listing commission structure for my sellers as well as getting escrow fee and owners title policy discounts for all my sellers since I do so much listing business.
