Train noise

the train tracks that run thru Como Channel - is it just a metrolink or do they run freight trains as well?

the property I am viewing is approx 200 meters away- worried about noise or rumbling of the windows.

Metrolink, Amtrak, and Freight. You'll hear the trains for sure.

Personally, I'd rather be near the train line than a freeway or high speed road, but YMMV.

Like HMart, I rather be closer to the train tracks than a Freeway or a busy street like Jamboree.
