Available High Deductible Pet Insurance

We are looking for a high deductible pet insurance.  Basically the equivalent of a catastrophic type plan where we pay for everything but if our dog gets hit by a car or develops cancer or something like that and we may be facing $10,000 in vet bills, that ends up being largely covered.

Seems like most plans I look at are geared toward the plan covering 70, 80, 90% of everything you take your pet to the vet and priced towards your animal hitting it hard.

Does anyone know of or have used that type of plan?

I got a quote from one of the aggregator sites (pawlicy advisor) for $500 deductible $10k coverage for about $15/month last fall from Pets Best insurance.
