If you guys haven't been yet, part of Disney California Adventure is open right now for free. Just a small amount of restaurants and stores, no rides, and nothing big. But still kinda fun until it closes in mid-March for a paid experience. We went on a weeknight and it wasn't too crowded, about a 10 minute security line to get in. I'd recommend checking it out. You can make a dinner res in advance at Carthay Circle, which seems like the best restaurant there. Portions are small but food quality is good. It's not expensive at $20-$30 an entree, either.
