Time for round 2 of PPP - my small business has been banking with one of the large, national brands but I'm open to a more local relationship if there's better service. Has anyone had good experiences with local lenders (especially PPP-related) they can share?

Aren't you opening a 2nd Irvine store in the Albertson's location off of Alton? :)
