Not triggered, a challenge. To me, money talks and bs walks….here’s your chance to back up your baloney…I mean your thoughtful insights, with a friendly little wager…what say you boss?

Yah…I figured. You clearly don’t understand comedy if you didn’t comment on Kamalalala,s plan to stem the flow if thousands of illegals marching through the border daily.   That was true humor!  Funny enough to all but guarantee the flipping of both houses next year (the topic if this thread)😆😆😆

Smith is morphing into the mass of humanity she proports to hate....I love her so. She is the seed of their own destruction in the midterms. I hope she runs to unseat Chucky Schumer.

AOC is absolutely full of crap

AOC, formerly known as Sandy Cortez, attended a grand Gala at the Met yesterday.

The Met Gala is an entirely exclusive event attended by pop stars, actors, musicians, and scores of millionaire famous people with an estimated ticket costing $35,000 on an invitation-only basis. Noted The Cut:

It’s big money and a lot of celebrities. Even if you can afford a $35,000 ticket, you have to be approved by Wintour and placed by Vogue at a table. The seating chart is normally drafted in December, a full five months before. They take into account where people and their exes are sitting, and who can see whom, and place everyone individually.

It’s her responsibility to party with wealthy elite! She went to a $35,000 per ticket affair to stick it to the man? That’s some comedy gold right there.

Smith was sure she was on camera before turning on the waterworks….she all but guarantees a republican wipeout red wave.  AOC rules!!!

AOC bursts into tears as Iron Dome's $1bn funding is OVERWHELMINGLY approved in House 420-9 and Rashida Tlaib is accused of anti-Semitism by fellow Dem after she called Israel a 'violent apartheid system'

AOC, who did not support the funding, made sure she was in camera shot and burst into tears after she voted.

I sent her senatorial primary campaign $20...go AOC!!!  Go Smith!!!

AOC says she will vote NO on the $550billion infrastructure bill: Progressive Democrats go to war with Nancy Pelosi after telling colleagues Biden's $3.5T budget could wait
Ocasio-Cortez told reporters on Tuesday she would vote down the measure unless she was provided with 'some new information'
It comes after reports that Biden is considering limits to parts of his $3.5 trillion infrastructure package to keep moderate Democrats and spending hawks happy
Pelosi told Democrats in a private meeting that the $3.5T measure is delayed
Progressives and moderates have been waging war over Biden's agenda
A bipartisan $550 billion infrastructure bill is up for a House vote Thursday

Smith has taken control of the Matrix…..

Progressives cheer, moderates groan as Biden visit caps chaotic week

Yet if the goal was party unity, the president seemed to fall short. In the roughly 40-minute closed-door meeting in the Capitol’s cavernous basement, he broke the bad news to moderates that a vote on a bipartisan infrastructure bill would not happen on Friday, as scheduled, eliciting discernible sighs from the centrists in the room.

The development marked a clear victory for the party’s progressive wing, which has demanded that the infrastructure vote be linked directly to a commitment from a pair of Senate centrists — Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) — to support a larger package of climate and safety net programs, which stands as the second piece of Biden’s two-part agenda.

Smith is destroying all of them…bravo. Clears the field for a Side out next year.

Democrats now drop paid family and medical leave from social spending package despite it being a cornerstone of Biden's economic agenda

Democrats reportedly drop paid family and medical leave from spending bill
It followed hectic talks on Wednesday to bring liberals and centrists together
The White House is desperate for a deal to keep the Biden agenda on track
But it appears to have come at the cost of one of his signature campaign policies
And Democrats dropped the idea of a billionaire tax to help pay for it all
Hours after floating the idea of squeezing the country's richest people, the proposal was hurriedly abandoned

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10138069/Democrats-drop-paid-family-medical-leave-social-spending-package.html

"It’s the effing progressives," one moderate Democrat told Fox News. The moderate accused progressives of asking for "unreasonable things."

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., pointed the finger right back at moderate Democrats.

"It seems to me almost every sensible progressive revenue option that the President wants, that the American people want, that I want, seems to be sabotaged," he said.

Desperation, the Orcs turn on each other...I love it...

Report: It wasn't just Joe Manchin who killed the billionaire's tax

Speaker Pelosi is the person whose fingerprints are on the knife that killed this.  House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) sharply faulted the proposal at a caucus meeting earlier this week, according to a Democratic aide who overheard the remarks. This aide told me Pelosi pronounced it a PR stunt that wouldn’t accomplish anything.

“Pelosi absolutely destroyed it,” the aide said.

Funny thing is that when you ask Republican voters what they don't like about CRT, their answer is, "I don't know what CRT is, but I don't like it."

Not true. In the end it will always come down to the pocketbook.  People are naturally selfish (though no one wants to admit it) and it is the things that affect them personally and today that they really focus on. Most of what the Democrats are selling are aspirational and way down the road.
