Can anyone recommend some reputable rent collection agencies that I can use to collect unpaid rent? Our tenants unfortunately left without paying overdue rent and we've been waiting forever to get paid, but this is getting a bit frustrating to just wait around and do nothing when they made the offer themselves to pay the overdue rent, but lied and moved out.
