TV right above fireplace

I notice in model homes like cetara they put the TV right above the linear fireplace.  There isn?t a mantle either.  Realistically, when the fireplace is turned on, wouldn?t that be too hot for the TV?

Nope, the fireplace is total sealed off with insulation around the fireplace box around the outside of it that's inside the wall.

But it does give off heat that travels upward.  So the bottom of the TV will get hot.  So I would assume that it isn?t ideal.
