Holiday travel expected to be dow 38%

Travel from Dec. 23rd to Jan 3rd expected to be down 38% from last year?


Which is the worse part of that?

The 38% not going impacting travel industry or the 62% still going?

I booked the absolute cheapest fares I've ever seen for traveling home for Christmas.  In my adult life I've only flown home 1x before for the holiday, maybe 20 years ago.  But the cost is not why I'm going.  My parents would rather take a risk to see us, than take no risk and not see us.  The vaccine may not come soon enough for my father.  Every month that he's still here is a win at this point.
