Oh boy, Shea Homes being sneaky, sneaky, sneaky.  When you open up the floor plans for Neo it opens it up with the 2nd floor showing the living area instead of the 1st floor like all the other floor plans that I've opened up before.

Haha ignore that first floor with just the entrance and garage. People only care about the living room anyways.
