There are floorplans buried somewhere in some of old threads

Publicly there's 1 Amelia and 1 Trevi
Off market there's 2 Amelias starting at 2.5 and a couple Trevi's in the 3.0+

That one is a great floorplan. I've always said I would rather have a non-view home in Trevi or Amelia vs some of the tracts with views in OH. I especially like Messina as well.
