Anyone see the videos of the Taliban riding bumper cars and trying the gym in the palace?  Good stuff: https://www.thedefensepost.com/2021/08/18/videos-taliban-bumper-cars-gym/

Doubt that is gonna last too long...

Taliban are accused of 'burning down amusement park' in northern city because it had 'idolatrous statues' as their 'moderate' image crumbles
Jihadists torched the recreation grounds in the northern city of Sheberghan
They objected to statues under extreme interpretation of Islam, reports said
Comes despite spurious claims that they have moderated since their 9/11 days
Theme park is in the heartlands of the vanquished strongman Abdul Dostum

OPEC tells a weak, incompetent US president to drop dead

Last week, we were wondering : What could be more pathetic than the sight of President Joe Biden begging OPEC to increase oil production, just to make up for the U.S. and Canadian oil production that he had gone out of his way to impede from the moment he took office ?

Believe it or not, that was not a hypothetical question. There is, in fact, something even more pathetic than Biden’s desperate request for a foreign oil cartel to spare him motorists’ anger and a political backlash.

That would be the oil producers’ response to Biden, which roughly translates to “drop dead."

At the very moment Biden’s administration was being convulsed by its humiliating strategic failure in Afghanistan, the international oil cartel and the adjacent producers known as “OPEC-plus” added insult to injury with their defiant answer. As Reuters reported it, the major oil producers (including Russia) let word slip that they “believe oil markets do not need more oil than they already plan to release in the coming months.”

On the day Biden was elected, Brent crude oil was under $40 per barrel. Today, it is nearly $75 per barrel. Likewise, average gasoline prices are currently 48% higher than they were the day Biden squeaked out his narrow, no-coattails win over former President Donald Trump.

Biden’s request of OPEC, as we noted previously, evinced a belief that environmentalists in the United States are easily fooled — that he can placate them by restricting domestic production while simultaneously calling for more imported oil that releases exactly the same amount of carbon dioxide when burnt.

But the oil-producing nations’ response to Biden is also evidence of how much respect and diplomatic prestige he has cost the U.S. in the last week.

Okay sure inflation is out of control, daily covid cases are passing 150,000, we're creating two classes of citizens based on their medical decisions, roll up your sleeve for a 3rd booster shot, and his handling of Afghanistan is killing innocent people while China works with the Taliban to exploit the region's mineral resources, but Joe is a gentlemen who doesn't tweet mean things.  This is all clearly Trump's fault. Come on man.  /s

Bin Laden warned in 2010 letter that Biden would ‘lead US into crisis’

Osama bin Laden once warned al Qaeda not to target Joe Biden because he believed that his inheriting the presidency if something were to happen to Barack Obama would “lead the US into a crisis,” a resurfaced letter shows.

In the letter dated May 2010, the al Qaeda 9/11 mastermind wrote he had no assassination plots against Biden because he deemed him “totally unprepared” to lead the United States.

“The reason for concentrating on them is that Obama is the head of infidelity and killing him automatically will make Biden take over the presidency for the remainder of the term, as it is the norm over there.

“Biden is totally unprepared for that post, which will lead the US into a crisis.

What do you think the over under is for grandpa joe is now?

Joe Biden Goes Way off-Script in Speech and Causes Heads to Be Scratched

Another day, another Joe Biden public appearance that ends with heads being scratched. It’s to the point where I’m sick of writing these stories, and we are only eight months in (man, is it depressing to think of it in those terms). Yet, his bouts of senility never cease to be any less newsworthy. This is the President of the United States we are talking about, after all.

So anyway, let’s get to what you came for with this first clip which shows Biden doing his creeper voice again. I honestly have no idea what he thinks he’s doing here.

It was the end of the speech that is most noteworthy, though. Biden decided to once again announce that he’s “supposed to stop and walk out of the room.” That alone is weird enough. Who is giving the president these orders? Is the demand to leave the room written into his teleprompter? Is that why he keeps saying the quiet part out loud?

But then Biden mumbles something about how he’s going to “walk into the room,” at which point he…walks out of the room. I don’t know. I’m not even trying to make sense of this stuff anymore.

Not funny for this family.  Biden’s aim is as rotten as his mind….

US drone strike that Pentagon said killed Kabul suicide bomber actually 'killed aid worker and seven children who ran to greet him when he arrived home': Video allegedly shows he filled car with water not explosives

Shocking report reveals apparent botched drone strike killed Afghan aid worker
The August 29 strike at a home near the Kabul airport killed 10, including 7 kids
Pentagon claimed the vehicle was 'known to be an imminent ISIS-K threat'
But driver Zemari Ahmadi, 43, was an aid worker seeking asylum in the US
Surveillance video shows him loading the trunk with water jugs, not explosives
Witnesses say he spent the day running normal errands for a US-based aid group
Pentagon claimed his movements were suspicious and tied him to ISIS-K
DoD tells DailyMail.com: 'We still believe that it prevented an imminent threat'

1.Yeah the US retaliated against those who caused harm to the US.

2. Another double standard: it is okay for the US to back out of Syria to fight ISIS. You are okay that Trump did that.

That showed em!!....

Ten family members, including children, dead after US strike in Kabul

(CNN)Ten members of one family -- including seven children -- are dead after a US drone strike targeting a vehicle in a residential neighborhood of Kabul, a relative of the dead told CNN.

The US carried out what it called a defensive airstrike in Kabul, targeting a suspected ISIS-K suicide bomber who posed an "imminent" threat to the airport, US Central Command said Sunday.
The Pentagon has said the strike resulted in secondary explosions, and those explosions may have been what killed the civilians.
The youngest victims of Sunday's airstrike were two 2-year-old girls, according to family members.

Biden Tries Smooching Young Baby in Colorado, Baby Pulls Back, Slaps Him in Horror

The president has a creepy history of touching, groping, sniffing and kissing young children so the recent video footage comes as no surprise.
After speaking on climate change and wind turbines, the maskless president began walking through the crowd when his eyes narrowed in on a young boy.
The boy, who at first seemed excited to see Biden, suddenly backed away in horror as Biden tried smooching him.

So insightful this White House...This should plug the holes... ;D ;D >:D

Psaki Announces Del Rio Border Patrol Will No Longer Use Horses in Response to False ‘Whip’ Narrative

White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced Thursday that Border Patrol agents will no longer be permitted to use horses to guard the border in Del Rio, Texas, after “horrific” photos emerged of agents swinging long reins while interacting with Haitian migrants.

The announcement comes after the media caused a frenzy by falsely portraying the videos and photos as showing agents hitting the migrants with whips. It was later revealed that the agents were in fact wielding the long reins that make it easier to maintain control of their horses, according to Border Control chief Raul Ortiz.

Biden Denies Military Leaders Warned Him Against Quick Withdrawal Date

President Joe Biden repeatedly denied claims that military leaders warned him against withdrawing from Afghanistan in an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos on Thursday.

“Your top military advisers warned against withdrawing on this timeline. They wanted you to keep about 2,500 troops,” Stephanopoulos said.

“No, they didn’t. It was split. That–That wasn’t true. That wasn’t true,” Biden responded.

“They didn’t tell you that they wanted troops to stay?” Stephanopoulos pressed.

“No. Not at — not in terms of whether we were going to get out in a timeframe all troops (sic). They didn’t argue against that,” Biden said.

“So no one told — your military advisors did not tell you, ‘No, we should just keep 2,500 troops. It’s been a stable situation for the last several years. We can do that. We can continue to do that’?” Stephanopoulos asked.

“No. No one said that to me that I can recall,” Biden said. “Look, George, the reason why it’s been stable for a year is because the last president said, ‘We’re leaving. And here’s the deal I wanna make with you, Taliban. We’re agreeing to leave if you agree not to attack us between now and the time we leave on May the 1st.'”

...and then...

General Milley and McKenzie BOTH advised Biden to keep 2500 US troops in Afghanistan to avoid Taliban takeover but were ignored: Joint Chiefs chair tells Congress botched withdrawal has damaged America's credibility
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Mark Milley said on Tuesday his assessment was that withdrawing U.S. troops would likely trigger the collapse of Kabul
He and Gen Frank McKenzie both said they believed 2500 troops would have prevented Taliban takeover
They spoke before the Senate Armed Services Committee
Their appearance marked the first time Pentagon leaders have publicly testified since the U.S. completed its withdrawal from Afghanistan
They were joined by Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin
They faced sharp questions about the chaotic pullout and whether they anticipated the Taliban's rapid takeover of the country

If the generals believe only 2,500 troops could have staved off a Taliban overthrow of the Afghan government, why couldn't 110,000 simply crush them - the number of American troops we had in country back in 2011?

Speaking of "Math class is tough" - when taxes go up, companies don't pay them, consumers do. Not according to Psaki who feels doing so would be "unfair and absurd...".

Absurd, indeed..... however here on Planet Reality, we know otherwise.

Well I think we can resurrect the old ..."Biden lied...people died!" chant...

ISIS-K suicide bomber who carried out deadly Kabul airport attack had been released from prison days earlier

(CNN)The ISIS-K suicide bomber who carried out a terrorist attack at Kabul international airport in late August, killing 13 US service members and dozens of Afghans, had been released from a prison near Kabul just days earlier when the Taliban took control of the area, according to three US officials.

Two US officials, as well as Rep. Ken Calvert, a California Republican who said he had been briefed by national security officials, said the suicide bomber was released from the Parwan prison at Bagram air base.
