C'mon Cares, you've been around TI long enough.

IHO view lot has the best.

LOL... if you dare to use TI as your user name, you better know IHO (irvinehomeowner) :-)

As for best views (in no particular order):
Turtle Ridge
Turtle Rock
Woodbridge lake views lots
Quail Hill
Orchard Hills
Portola Springs (single loaded street along Small Grove and maybe new development areas overlooking GP)
Shady Canyon
Hidden Canyon
Lambert Ranch (on Parson, Peacevine, and Heirloom)

I never got an invite for the backyard BBQ to witness the view though.

Does any street in Altair have view lots?

Yes, both hillside, mountain, and city light views.

This one would be good if you have the coin:
https://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/52-Peacevine-92618/home/51682136

Problem is there’s not enough space to build an infinity pool to enjoy those views at night.  Good view homes always need an infinity pool.
