Listing at Altair

Tinybit high. Its a larger Alara lot at 5800 and they did really hefty upgrades as you can see. They are trying to get a better ROI on those upgrades then they should and will more than likely get away with it with inventory how it is. Overall there's a few better deals on and off market available at that price range in Altair.

Thanks. That's what I thought. This closed listing is on the same street and is a much better deal IMO.

Problem with 80 Lluna is that it backs up to Irvine Blvd so it traded at a discount to what this home would have if it was on an interior lot. 71 Lluna is nicely upgraded but asking for over $500/sf is a stretch, especially for a Plan 3 Celestial home which was not as popular as the Plan 2. There is a ton of $1.5m+ Irvine homes on the market, especially in Great Park.
 
Its pending. The offer they took was good. The price was not that bad like I was saying.
80 Iluna is not a comparable, aside from the location, the inside of that home was bad if you went in person.

If you want to see good deals, have your realtor set an appointment for these two.

or if you prefer gated Altair and prefer to do the upgrades yourself instead of letting someone else get a RoI this is the best public deal in Altair right now for a home this size.
