Any recommendation for seat cushions?
Purple seat cushion
Comfilife gel enhanced seat cushion (18k plus reviews on Amazon) + lumbar support for another $10
 
I just bought a standing desk from Costco yesterday. They were sold out for quite some time but came back in stock. Tustin Marketplace Costco had maybe 3-4 left after me.

I have back pain from prolonged sitting and standing helps strengthen core for me.

Yo eyephone, I personally got the purple seat cushion (royal) and it's been great since WFH.  It's a bit pricey but i couldn't imagine working 8 hours + gaming a few hours after without it.  Haven't tried that amazon one yet but reviews look decent
