I listed a turnkey Santa Rosa Plan 3 condo in Stonegate East last night on MLS. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with 12 foot ceilings in the family room and kitchen with approx. 1,200sf of living space. The home is listed at $599,800.

Got word from escrow that we have officially closed this afternoon. The sales price closed at a record price of $618,000 or about $33,000 higher than the most recent model match closed comp that closed at the end of June. Congrats to the buyer and seller.

Thank you.  Both the seller and I were pleasantly surprised by the price.  Our back-up buyer offered $615,000 so there was plenty of strong interest.
