Average time to complete a real estate transaction in Irvine

I'm thinking about selling my 1BR condo in Irvine.

I was wondering if anyone familiar with Irvine knew approximately how long it takes to complete a real estate transaction, from the day your house is empty to close of escrow? (assuming the house is priced reasonably).

Depends how it's priced. Want a quick sale? You better price it far below fair value.

If a property is priced right and shows well, it will sell in weeks not months. The majority of my listings go into escrow in less than 2-3 weeks.  You will want to clean and stage the home if it is empty.  Then figure 30 days for the buyer to close if they using a loan for the purchase.
