Has there been any updates to the rest of the houses being built in OH? The ones next to Palermo.

Correct, its still being shopped around. In case anyone hasn't seen the site map yet there are zero true 'premium' lots. Decent home sizes though.

Just checking back in on this. So Irvine Pacific is not the builder that will be developing on the lots by Palermo? I was looking for some other information and found floorplans and elevations published for that area.

I took screenshots, but it won't allow me to upload at the moment.

Not sure if Irvine Pacific will build these home at tract 19005.  What TIC does beside design and develop the lots, sometimes TIC will also get architecture firm to the design the home for those lots and get floor plan approved by the city planning office.   TIC than will offer the complete turnkey package to potential builders, the developed lots and home plans that were already approved by the city.   Potential builder can alter or use different set of floor plans if they choose too but it will cost more time and money.

Regarding floor plan and info regarding to tract 19005, I posted these info in another thread.
