I am refinancing my mortgage. The notary came by the house last week Sunday, 6/21, for the signing party. One of the forms was a Notice of Right to Cancel, which gives 3 full business days to cancel the refi.
Specifically, by date and time, when does this right to cancel expire? The lender is saying they made a mistake on the form, but I think the form is correct.
