I am wondering if they are still open during the pandemic? I called them today and they are closed today for the holiday. And usually how long to get a permit approved? Is the city hall contractor friendly in general? Thanks!

I'm going to be submitting plans to the City of Tustin next month for renovations on the interior of my home (e.g glass bifold doors) and exterior of my home (e.g. moving retaining wall back).
