Anyone here live in or have lived in Port Streets?

Hi! Lurker here but first time posting. We are a small family looking for a great neighborhood to raise our young son. Looking for a place with great community where lots of kids play outside (open door policy) where kids can just roam around and be kids...

We?ve heard good things about Port Streets - anyone have any good input about their experiences there? Any specific streets that have more younger kids than others? Pros and cons of the area? TIA!

I have. Its a good safe older neighborhood. Pretty family friendly. School district is definitely not bad. Other pro is the low HOAs and no MRs.
Cons are its lacking in amount of amenities other communities nearby in oc have, and for the money or even less money there's bigger homes, bigger lots, better views, better and safer neighborhoods near.
