Recommendation for insurance adjuster?

My neighbor's investment property had a small fire and she is in need of an insurance adjuster.  Does anyone know a good one to recommend?
 
I think you're going to be hard-pressed to persuade an insurance payer to take the word of an external adjuster versus what their adjuster states. It will be an uphill battle.
 
I believe it was a kitchen fire of some kind.

Personally I have never hired my own insurance adjuster, so just asking around on her behalf.
 
I doubt the insurance company will allow her to hire an outside adjuster, they will use their own in-house one to determine what the payout on the damage will be.
