Solano at Eastwood Village - KB Homes

KB Homes took over the remaining lots (39 homes) from Richmond American in Eastwood and had their grand opening this past Saturday morning (Feb 29th).  The only model that is open is the Plan 2 but the floor plans are basically the same as their Elderberry in Portola Springs clones so if someone is curious how Plan 1 and 3 look they can head over to Elderberry.  Base prices range from $1,373,880 for Plan 1 to $1,429,880 for Plan 3. As of 5pm Saturday afternoon, KB sold 3 of the 7 homes that they released.  The relevant information is attached.  The broker co-op commission for the community is $40,000.

rather lower the home by $40,000 for lower property taxes.

I like the downstairs of Plan 1 most, followed by 3 and then 2. I like that the garage entry/dropzone of Plan 1, Plan 2 has no second first floor toilet and the pantry is so far from the kitchen.

I like the upstairs of Plan 2 most, followed by 1 and then 3. Nice big master in Plan 2 and the 2-sided laundry room is functional.
