Agreed! These prices are astronomical!

Maybe they feel that the proximity to work, shopping and dining is a premium.
 
The homes over there aren?t selling very well and it?s mainly due to the pricing.  IP wants Laguna Altura prices.
 
Aren't these better location than Laguna Altura? Also some new floorplans are more interesting IMHO. Maybe people like that fancy hilly feel guard gated entrance which I personally care nothing about.
 
I just can't imagine paying so much for only 3 bedrooms! Should have made them 4 BR units.

What is new about these floorplans? Same great room box-on-box layout from what I see.

Even though the website shows only plan 4 and 5, some floorplans (probably 1 and 2) were a little different when I visited. But I don't think they were as sexy as 3CWG with a driveway though.
